Are you talking about delays when calling in, or just when using the
audio from a computer?
I ran sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, but still
have a big lag in audio.  Not sure if we'd need to run the
'bleedingedge' version to get rid of the audio lag.
