So I just now got a flood of emails from Staples Rewards talking about price 
adjustments. It hasn't told me what orders, how much, etc., just that there's 
been an adjustment.

I complained to an online chat rep yesterday, haven't gotten a hold of my 
direct rep yet. I'm curious to hear whether it was a simple configuration error 
on our account or if it was something bigger.

Either way, nice to see some actual movement on their end.
