Pretty silly since it has it's root in the Celtic festival of Samhain
(Summer's End) and the Christian holiday All Saints' Day. The name came
from All Hallows-Even (evening) or the night before All Saints Day. I
probably should stop here.

A church out here has sort of anti-Halloween parties, I think they call them
Angel Parties or something like that. The kids don't dress up, but they go
to the church and get candy.
