I just added DIOCGDISKINFO support to cgd. ccd(4) is a more difficult
beast, it pre-dates even the change to use device_t.

I have added DIOCGMEDIASIZE and DIOCGSECTORSIZE, should be now
supported by all drivers but ccd(4).
