The current design is that it's not supposed to happen - drivers that aren't going to attach are theoretically supposed to know this and not match. This is intended for the case when there's another lower-priority candidate driver that should be given a chance. For a lot of circumstances this isn't very realistic and there's been talk of changing the model, but no agreement. -- David A. Holland [email protected]
