Doesn't it? I can't tell - that's, basically, the problem. Your opinion that it doesn't is noted, but, unless you are currently a member of the Ontario bar, that opinion is of minimal relevance to me. Furthermore, licensing of code compiled by gcc is only part of the question. The rest of the question is whether I'm allowed to use gcc, to have it produce that compiled code, at all.
