In https://github.com/3mdeb/NetBSD-src/pull/2/files I see you define EFI_ATTRIBUTES, but then never seem to invoke EFI_ATTRIBUTES on any of the function signatures for the RT services functions (the ones that call into platform firmware function pointers). (On IA-32 and x86_64, {,U}EFI uses the Microsoft ABI calling conventions, which are not the same as the System V calling conventions. On ARM, both System V and UEFI use the same ARM-defined AAPCS standard.)
