I thought nvme was a storage technology, with the host interface being separate, in which case asking whether nvme supports non-MSI interrupts is rather like asking whether spinning rust supports non-MSI interrupts: it's a matter for the interface glue rather than for the storage technology. Admittedly, my understanding of nvme is hazy.
