Hi dude! get on to the vendor's web site and search for any similar issues, if that doesnt help, roll up ur sleeves and start messing up with ur laptop. check ur comp settings check for virusses check for windows updates / patches restore ur comp to older date when u think it was working fine load the comp in safe mode and see if the problem exist
