I'm using XP( home edition) on our family-PC with multiple users and one with administratot rights. When one of the users ( non-administrator) start the PC some "protections" aren't loaded ( or don't work properly-giving error messages) ( Zone Alarm Pro - the firewall and Norton Antivirus) As I'm also using Skype (together with a Siemens Gigaset 340 and the Gigaset M34-USB for wireless (telephone) communication through the PC)I noticed that it only works when I start the PC (and the applications) But I would like to make this progam and the use of SKype together with the handset available to all the other user, regardless who starts the PC...
I suppose that this is just a matter of settings, but as a non -IT expert I don't now where to start ( or look) Is there somebody who can give me some usefull information/advice on these topics.
