Dear Thameem Ansari,

 

It's a Virus Problem. This type of virus affected only in Windows2000 & Windows XP Only.

 

Only Solution is, Please installed Latest windows service pack & Installed Antivirus and update the same. After the updation of Antivirus, please scan your Pc. After that the problem was rectified.

 

Windows service pack available in microsoft web site & also free antivirus software(Demo Version) available in Net.
