I don't believe Cryptech will develop an OpenHSM product, but I *do* believe that all Cryptech work can be leveraged by someone who wants to create such a product. One could consider Cryptech almost an ODM. So - it's important to consider what the OEMs will want/need, in order to get the most out of Cryptech.
