However, I think that

might work given integration of Chord routing into our
system. Unfortunately, I think that it will take too much conceptual
effort and seem too heretical at first for it to be taken seriously.

However, the paper has finally been made public, so I'll post the URL for
those interested in a permanent file storage network architecture.
