Of cause I know how to use these tools. But what I warry about is bandwith management.
Someone is getting a megabytes file from me, but who? My ISDN BRI is very busy now,
how to preserve resource for my browser? I found a node acts like a cancer node, how
to keep it out of me?

The only tool I found useful is M$'s Network Monitor(for windows NT/2000). But it
works only at LAN.
