Does B have a very low/no node store size (like a few megabytes or less)?
If not, the problem gets more intresting. B should be caching the file
localy, so everything you need for the site should be at HTL 1. If B's
cache size is resonable, this could be a rather serious problem. Add it to
the list of serious problems with 0.3.
