seems to me like you subscribe to empiricism. Not at all a problem, I too
subscribe to empiricism- begging with observation and working from there.

The sharing of bookmarks on different websites does not compare to the
organization a P2P application would give to these shared bookmarks.

Also, I don't really want to get too much into philosophy in this mailing
list but your statement that "questions like 'What is the Internet?' and
'What is life?' aren't useful" remind me of Descartes methodology. I
recommend you do some soul searching to escape this paradigm before you
become to withered to do so.
