No. The developers' discussions may be uselessly speculative,
irrelevant, or both. And that's on the good days, when nobody
mentions XML-RPC or Windows installers.

(It's possible to read the devl list for months and still not
understand why abolishing the DataSource field in data messages
would be a bad idea.)

Adam Langley's chapter of the p2p book is concise. There's
apparently a copy in Freenet 0.4:
