File transfer that uses UDP. Does wonders for lossy high latency
connections. Maybe this tech is something for a Freenet 2.0 UDP transport?

Imagine Freenet nodes just routing the UDP packets and the reciever just
telling the node to stop when it has enough data to reconstruct the
request. Could make Freenet much faster..

It sounds cool anyway ;)
