Posting content will be done in a similar manner as freenet. That is when
someone posts content other nodes will store the content in there
datastore therefor allowing anyone to post.

Posting messages will not involve updating someone elses keys. Instead it
will involve posting a signed message and associating with it a tag which
will identify where the message belongs. Nodes that post an extremely
large number of message to a particular board will silently be ignored.
Search queries will be handled is much the same way queries for keys are
handled so that large number of similar queries will only be handled by
nearby nodes. Updateable keys will only be allowed to be updated every so
often (with the so being defined when a key is created) and will only be
able to be updated by there creator.

I have an idea of how this will be done but I have not worked all the
details out. Basically before a node deletes content it will check to see
that other nodes have the content in there datastore. If there are not
enough nodes which have the content it won't delete it unless it is truly
unpopular content that has been around for while.
