I don't think it would compromise anonymity any further than freenet already does. In the kind of system I'm thinking of, a third party would be involved as a 'banker' and both nodes would have accounts with the banker. Micropayments would be transferred from one account to another in exchange for services. However, there would be no connection between the accounts and the physical world identities of the owners.
