What you are looking for already exists :) It's called, FreeMail, and  
provides the deniablity and anonymity that you are looking for. take  
a look at the following URL:

I am too looking for the functionality you mention and hope that  
Freemail can be updated to work with the new version of Freenet ,  
that is - the .7 alpha.
