Hi, I was in the process of looking at KSK mailsites for Freemail, and came a cropper on the fact that redirects to USKs aren't possible. The way I was going to do it was to just have the KSK redirect to the mailsite USK edition -1, which makes things quite easy.
I can probably manage the patch to enable USK redirects, but the question is do we want to? As the comments say, without them, all KSKs, SSKs and CHKs are static, which may be a desirable property. Not having them doesn't make short, human readbale KSK Freemail addresses impossible, it just means I'll have to use another mechanism - likely just insert the USK (or at least the important bits) to the KSK and then go and retrieve the USK manually. It just a bit more clumsy, but it will still work. Dave
