Anyone know any i18n? We need to be able to detect character sets in order for the HTML filter to work properly.
As far as I know there are 2 ways of doing this: - The UTF-16 byte order mark bytes. (This was used to attack the old HTML filter once!) - META HTTP-EQUIV in HTML. Are there any other important/obvious ways of detecting particular character sets? -- Matthew J Toseland - toad at amphibian.dyndns.org Freenet Project Official Codemonkey - http://freenetproject.org/ ICTHUS - Nothing is impossible.
