For what reason? It's a global tradeoff:
Cache local requests/inserts:
- My peers cannot easily tell when I do a request, but if my store is
  seized, The Bad Guys will know what I've been doing VERSUS
- I'm safe (more or less) from store seizure, but if my friends are
  traitors and rerequest what I've inserted/requested from me, they can
  determine whether I was the requestor.
