Freenet 0.7 build 754 is now available. Please upgrade immediately. This
build is mandatory; that is to say, it will not connect to prior
versions of Freenet 0.7. The reason for this is that we have had some
very serious problems with backoff and related issues.

Thanks to the help of zothar, mrogers and nextgens, we now have a build
which should fix all of these bugs. Zothar did excellent work relating
to DNS lookups. Mrogers noticed something on a web page that *hopefully*
will prevent the JVM deadlock that we have been struggling with even on
NPTL systems, although for now the warning about NPTL remains, until we
are sure that the bug is gone. Please upgrade!

We will soon have auto-update support, many bugs have been fixed and
features improved recently, and the Google Summer of Code will soon
start, so the future is bright. But we need to flush all the old nodes
with all the old bugs out of the network in order to get best
performance and not be constantly chasing our tail.

Thank you. By the way we still need money, our current paypal balance is
$90.61. :)
