So now for the final generic questions before I commit the problem into the "decided" list : 1) I'm positive it is possible to issue commands to the Freenet thru some API (Frost etc prove it is possible). Where can I find docs about the API? 2) I suppose I can connect to a local port and issue my commands thru that, right? Now to our stuff. 3) One of the things we need to have is the possibility of identifying the most recent version of a file (and to delete the other cached versions, so that it's always only the most updated version to be published). Any node in the darknet can get a file, change it, upload it back, and this should broadcast around, so that old cached versions get over-ridden. Is this possible? Berto 2009/3/9 Joel C.
