Remember that discussion we had here about open source software?
Some of the ideas expressed served as the basis for articles in
the September issue of The Bell.

The point is made that open source software for Internet voting
raises the bar in many areas critical to the integrity of an election.
I'd like to thank the authors, Jason Kitcat and Thom Wysong, for
submitting the articles. Ed Gerck also wrote about the August 11
