Hi,

I am wondering what admins of ShoreTel VOIP phone systems do for 
automated account creation.  So far our rep has said the only method is 
to upload a csv file with the data, but I suspect there is some sort of 
API I can use (rumor is that I can even just update their database 
directly).  Anyway, if you have experience with a ShoreTel system, I 
would love to hear from you.
