We use rackcorp.com and their facilities in Sydney for a few physical
systems. Been
very happy with their responsiveness, especially what would be after
hours for them (our
daytime).

A few weeks ago, we discovered some mysterious packet loss occurring one hop
up from us in their facility. The ticket open to resolution time was
within about 20
minutes as I recall (another customer was doing something stupid that
was blasting
out broadcast traffic causing the router's CPU to spike).

I'm not sure if they do any VMs. but the physical machines have been reasonably
stable and they've been proactive about notifying us when there's
issues that we
should get dealt with (bad ram, bad drives, etc).
