Yup -- there's a pidgin-sipe plugin that works nicely with MCS. In my experience as a user of MCS, it's prone to a lot of disconnections, and also has a nasty habit of doing something similar to IRC netsplits, whether it's having disjoint connected sets, or having conditions where one user can't send to another, but can receive from them. If I was looking for an IM server that also allowed group chat, I'd definiely head towards jabber rather than MCS. cheers! ========================================================================== "A cat spends her life conflicted between a deep, passionate and profound desire for fish and an equally deep, passionate and profound desire to avoid getting wet.
