Were it not for the DD-WRT/OpenWRT requirement, my usual go-to
suggestion for "cheap home router" is a Mikrotik Routerboard 750GL.
Five gigabit ports, sixty dollars, and I think it meets all your other
requirements. It runs "RouterOS," which is basically Linux with a
proprietary GUI.

(It's a MIPS big-endian processor, so you might even be able to flash
DD-WRT onto it; I know they support a lot of hardware, but I've never
looked into that particular combination.)
