So, it turned out this was a network issue. The blade chassis has an LACP connection to a juniper virtual chassis, that has a LACP link into the datacenter core. One of the LACP links between the core and the juniper VC was bad, but not bad enough to error out and drop that link. Disabling the link has restored connectivity.
