SInce their email said "We were unable to verify the credit or debit card information for your recent order." and you are unhappy with how they sought to verify you are who you say you are. I understand how frustrating that can be. What method would you prefer we use to verify you are who you say you are? I will gladly forward your suggestions to the product group (no promises, but I am very interested in what you suggest)
