now that i have four failedish disks with apple
filesystems on them that i want to get stuff off,
i am now willing to invest some money to do so.
i figure i need some software (like vivard, or
diskwarrior or ufsexplorer or somesuch) and
some hardware to connect the disk to a mac
system (that is running the hardware).
this latter is the most unknown to me;
i assume there is some device that has an internal
sata or ide interface and an external firewire
(or USB?) interface.
can anyone recommend or point me at something useful
for either teh hardware or software?
