Rather than wait for the LOSPA Board to debate this, then wait again for them to implement it, then have to undo the work people have already done, I think it would be better for LOPSA to create a "rendevous point" somewhere on the LOPSA web site where folks can register their local URLs. Also, that's going to work only if LOPSA makes it easy for folks to post and update the local URLs. Better yet, just encourage the folks forming these groups to have "lopsa" somewhere in the name and then let meetup's search take care of the hard work.
