Do you already have wiring between the switch locations? If so, that
will determine the transceiver you use.

Multi-Mode (Orange cables): J4858C
Single-Mode (Yellow cables): J4859C

You can use Multi-mode in the 4859C, but it's simpler to keep LX and SX
cables and transceivers separate, and MM is cheaper anyways.

If you don't have wiring between the locations, I'd probably go with the
J4859C on Single-Mode cable unless you're price-sensitive. The LH is
long-haul, and is only really for connections in the multi-km range.

Depending on your structural wiring, you may need jumpers or the
connection cable itself. The HP switches take LC ends. Monoprice has
always worked for us:

(Watch out for the 10G Aqua-colored cables. You don't want those)
