I recently purchased a Canon Mx922 all-in-one from Costco for about $120.

I'm super impressed with this machine: duplex printing, scanning with a
document feeder, Wi-Fi/wired/cloud printing from Windows, Mac, Android (haven't
looked into Linux yet as I don't print from my server), scan to devices over
network as well, separate ink cartridges for different colors, etc. I haven't
had it long enough to verify but I've heard that if 1 ink cartridge runs out,
it will still let you print unlike other brands that shutdown until you replace
that cartridge.

I also can't speak to the quality of photo printing but I expect it to be good
given Canon's reputation.
