They might be great, but they seem a little excessively a-la-carte (meaning 
they seem nickel-and-dimey).

By comparison, I'm also considering just spinning up a box on digital ocean, 
and install trixbox, freepbx, etc on it.  So the only thing I pay for is the 
SIP service provider, and the digital ocean hosting.
