For years, I've used Acronis True Image.

In the last year or so, I've grown dissatisfied. In an office with 15-20
laptops, Acronis is only working on about half of them. The other ones either
flat out fail to install (which makes no sense) or when the backup job is
created, the backup job just flat out fails to run. We've had no luck trying
to solve those problems, with support or on our own, and I'd like to get
peoples' experiences on alternatives.

I don't want to hear about CrashPlan, Carbonite, Mozy, etc. I only care about
applications that backup the whole OS and allow you to do a bare metal restore
without needing to reinstall all your OS, apps, drivers, license keys, etc.

Today we searched around and have identified the following potential
alternatives:

Genie Timeline http://www.genie9.com/
Altaro Oops!Backup http://www.altaro.com/home-pc-backup/
AX64 Time Machine http://ax64.com/
Horizon Datasys RollBack RX http://www.horizondatasys.com/en/rollback_rx.ihtml

Does anybody have experience with these products, or additional alternatives
not identified?
(I have evaluated, and eliminated for various reasons, Windows Backup, Terabyte
Unlimited Image for Windows, and Paragon Backup & Recovery.)

Requirements are:

(Essentially Apple Time Machine. Complete system backup, without user
interference, and ability to restore individual files and specify excludes)

Runs in the background, while windows is running. Low priority doesn't
interfere with users' work.
Incremental runs at least once every day. (Hourly is preferable).
Complete system backup, with ability to restore either complete system or
individual files.
Specify exclude files and/or exclude directories.
