For sharing documents or one-off whiteboard shots, I just use the camera
in my phone. It's 2 megapixel, fixed focus, no flash - but does the job
for a quick document capture for storage or remote viewing.

For continuous whiteboard interaction I have an old Mimio. It has the
felt pens in sleeves that have little ultrasonic emitters and an
L-shaped receiver with suction cups that stick to the board. I found
this useful for 'broadcast' boards, but I'd really like a two-way
interactive whiteboard. Mimio has some newer devices available that
might work, including a 'mimio Pad'. (The newer Mimio device is also
much more compact than the one that I have, but technology *does*
advance after nine or ten years. :-)

For most presentations that involve document sharing, I find it easier
to scan documents and send them via email before the meeting, rather
than use a camera during the meeting. I'd like a better electronic
whiteboard for interactive use during meetings, but the really nice ones
are $$$, so the Mimio will have to do me for now.
