I would be happy with something that works simply.  I had succeeded in
getting sshd to force ssh to the next host requiring 2 passwords but
it didn't work for scp.  We must have both scp and X11 forwarding as
well as ssh.  I also suspect wea re going to run into a need for ssh
port forwarding.
