We haven't purchased yet, but we've been looking at a company called  
"LifeSize"  <http://www.lifesize.com/> for connecting our NYC and  
Jerusalem conference rooms. They also have a means of allowing  
"remote" people to join into the conference as well. I'm not that  
directly involved in the purchasing aspect of this, but my  
understanding was that they were cheaper than some of their  
competitors (Tandberg), and offered largely the same experience.
