SSH (www.ssh.com) has a version for Windows.

Is your requirement that the software be free?

Subject: [lopsa-tech] SCP server recommendations for Windows Server?

Hi everyone -- I've got a Windows Server 2003 box that needs to allow
file transfers to it. I'd like to go with SCP, rather than FTP, for
encryption in transit.

I've set up OpenSSH on Windows using Cygwin before, but frankly it was a
pain and I'm hoping for an easier way. I've come across a few different
options, and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for/against
them:

* CopSSH (http://www.itefix.no/i2/copssh)
* SSHWindows (http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net/)

Is there anything else I've missed? (I should mention that I have a
strong preference for free/open source software.)

Thanks,
Hugh
