Depending on the typical shell used, logging isn't very good unless your
users are 100% ethical and unsophiscated. :-)
Reasons:
1) Multiple shells = potential issue
2) User deleting history file = oops, what record?
If it's important you know the commands run, it's best to use a mechanism
that doesn't solely depend on users' usage, honesty, or ethical practices.
