I have been thinking a bit about what we need to do to get the new web site
on-line asap, and have come up with a couple of questions. Be aware that I am
not by any means a Drupal expert, so these may easily be "not possible"
answers... (although I have done a zope/plone -> drupal migration with a bit
of scripting, so nearly *anything* is possible with enough effort).

1. Assuming that we don't try and port our existing page template(s), how
difficult would it be to export our content and user database from the old
site to the new one? This assumes that we would be abandoning our existing
registration system and the related database tables. Having the content and
users there would make it a whole lot easier to do CiviCRM testing. If
possible, is this something that can be done in the near term (like the next
few days?)

2. Do we have records of past payments made by our members and sponsors
somewhere? Since the membership tables only hold the current expiration
information, I would like to take a stab at reconstructing the data from the
payment information so we can have a full record of the member history in
CiviCRM.

Thanks!
