The big vendors are all after the "We buy 10,000 servers each month" crowd 
so they are making machines orientated towards them. The good news for the 
rest of us is that they have some models in this areas that other people 
can buy:

Asking for "Cloud models" seems to be best. You get all the power efficiency 
features and they remove some of the cruft like 2nd power supplies.
