Or `color menufg|menubg|menufgsel|menubgsel color'.  This
makes it look like the existing color options, though it
adds four more lines of global configuration options and
makes the man page bigger ("lots" of color options).

Other people will have to comment on this so you know which
way to go with take 3 ;-)  Unless your current solution is
satisfactory?
