I would think that would be obvious. You don't consider /etc/ssh/ssh_config to be an exhaustive list of available options, or /etc/pf.conf... Although since we are on the topic, the ambiguity of the defaults bugs me. Unlike the aforementioned sshd_config, the commented-out entries are not the default behavior for sysctl. In other words, I would love some consistency in "commented-out-value-is-default" vs. "commented-out-value-is-not-default" behavior in the shipping config files. -kj
