I have the same problem, except that my touchpad doesn't seem
to work at all.
This is due to revision 1.3 of sys/dev/pckbc/pms_intelli.c,
reverting it back to 1.2 fixes the problem.
I have not had time to analyze the code thoroughly (ISNAKH),
but the commit introduces better handling of suspend/resume
by (as it seems) reseting the device before enabling it,
where it previously just enabled it.
