It could well be a candidate for -stable though it would be much better if we can come up with a fix that lets us keep MCLGETI, which is a bit more likely now we have a way to trigger the problem. Also I'd like to see more hardware variations tested before touching -stable, the re(4) driver covers a lot of different ICs. On the subject of -stable, some commits in the list at http://www.nmedia.net/flashrd/images/20101001/ should be considered too (some are already in, some add hardware support which I'm not sure if we normally do in -stable). Also a couple of recent bgpd would make sense (rde.c 1.300, session.c 1.313, control.c 1.70). I don't have time to handle -stable at the moment myself though.
